"Gerry Anderson's New Captain Scarlet"

Gerry Anderson Productions plc, the Enterprise Investment Scheme, is now fully subscribed at just under Ł16 million.

The exempt unauthorised unit trust for SIPP and SSAS investors has now closed, after raising a further Ł2.4 million towards the series.

The Company was established in February 2003 under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), to fund up to 26 episodes of "Gerry Anderson's New Captain Scarlet". The Company has also secured the rights to:

-	All future series
-	Any future feature films
-	All merchandising rights

All of the 26 episodes have been completed at the purpose built facility at Pinewood Studios.

Granada Ventures are distributing the show in all media in the UK and Ireland.

The family of Sony companies are distributing the show in all media throughout the rest of the world.
